How To Link Search Console Account with Google Ads Account

You need at least one Search Console account. If you don’t have, click here.

1. Sign into your or client’s Google Ads account.

2. Click the tools icon in the upper right corner of your account.

3. Under “Setup,” click Linked accounts.

4. Under “Search Console”, click Details.

5. Type website URL. Make sure add one version with “www” and another without “www”. Don’t add HTTP or HTTPS in URL.

6. Click on Continue.
Done. You will see status “Linked” to show successfully connected.

If you want to unlink Google Search Console from Google Ads, follow below steps.

1. Sign into your Google Ads account.

2. Click the tools icon in the upper right corner of your account.

3. Under “Setup,” click Linked accounts.

4. Under “Search Console,” click Details.

5. Find the website you want to unlink your Google Ads account from, and click “Unlink” in the “Actions” column.
